Every site in one view. Without calling around.

Your project leaders record 60 seconds after every site visit. Punchlister adds the project email from Outlook and the reports in SharePoint, and puts agreements and extra work on paper the same day. Across every site, you see what’s open and what hasn’t been confirmed in writing.

What you want to know before you start.

What does it get us?

  • Margin. Extra work is recognised, estimated and confirmed in writing to the client the same day. What was agreed on site no longer gets lost before invoicing.
  • Certainty. Every decision and agreement sits in the project record with a timestamp. When something is disputed, you don’t dig through mailboxes, WhatsApp groups and notebooks.
  • Time. Your project leaders stop typing reports in the evening. They review and send.

What does management see?

Every site and all open extra work in one view. For each item, you see where it stands:

  1. In progress
  2. Sent
  3. In discussion
  4. Approved

Anything approved only verbally stands out. With every approval, the project leader records how the client agreed: by email, on WhatsApp, by phone or on site. Punchlister gets the confirmation email ready straight away.

To know where a site stands, you no longer need to call a project leader.

Do our project leaders need to learn something new?

Hardly. After a site visit they record 60 seconds, on WhatsApp or in the app. Punchlister writes the site report, the agreements for subcontractors and a first estimate for extra work, checked against the quote.

For email in Outlook and reports in SharePoint, they don’t need to do anything. Punchlister picks them up and updates the project record.

They review and send. In Dutch, French or English, in the client’s language.

Which tools does it work with?

Punchlister reads from the tools your team already uses and delivers back into them. What isn’t there yet is labelled honestly.

What does it ask of our IT?

One approval. Punchlister connects to Microsoft 365 to read and send email in Outlook, and to read and archive documents in SharePoint. Because that connection asks for email permissions, your organisation’s IT admin approves it once.

Who is building this?

Gauthier on a rooftop, with the city behind.
Gauthier · Co-founder
Seppe, arms crossed, on a building site still in shell.
Seppe · Co-founder

Gauthier and Seppe ran a Belgian construction company before they built software for the industry. They know what an official site record looks like, what the Breyne Law requires, and how many evenings a project leader loses to paperwork.

During the pilot, you speak with them every week, directly.

How do we start?

With an eight-week pilot. Three to five of your project leaders, on your own sites, with direct contact with the founders every week.

We work with a small group of construction companies with revenue between €5M and €100M. Book a demo. Then we set up your pilot together.
